  • You must provide your Order Number or Proof of Purchase.

  • Refunds apply only to orders made through our official website.

We cannot process refunds for orders placed through unauthorized sellers.


3. Returning the Product

  • Unused bottles

  • Empty bottles (if your policy allows “Used Bottle Guarantee”)

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

If a return is NOT required:
