Order & Tracking

Thank you for choosing Mitolyn. We are committed to making your order experience smooth and transparent. This page explains how you can track your order, what to expect during the shipping process, and how to get support if needed.


1. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation Email

  • Your Order ID / Tracking ID

  • Details of your purchase

If you do not receive the confirmation email within 10–15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.


2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within:

  • 24 to 48 hours (Business Days)
    Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • Your tracking link

  • Courier details

  • Estimated delivery date

Delivery times vary by location, but on average:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.


4. Track Your Order

You can track your Mitolyn order using your Tracking ID provided via email.

Enter your Order Number or Tracking Number into your courier’s tracking page or the link provided in your email.

If you need help locating your tracking link, contact our support team.


5. Missing, Delayed, or Lost Orders

If your package:

  • Has not arrived by the estimated date

  • Shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it

  • Has not updated in the tracking system for 5+ days

Please contact us immediately.
We will coordinate with the courier to locate or replace your order.


6. Wrong or Damaged Product Received

If you received:

  • The wrong product

  • Damaged items

  • Missing items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product/packaging

We will assist you with a replacement or solution.


7. Changing Your Order

If you need to:

  • Update your shipping address

  • Modify your order

  • Cancel your order

Please contact our support as soon as possible.
Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
